To gain insight into their new, young account holders for future product sales, Banamex asked us to develop a program that would be relevant and cost-effective. We created a web-based campaign via a series of 10 emails that asked these new customers to create their own ideal lifestyle and be rewarded for doing so. Each time someone completed a portion of their online profile, they were offered discounts and benefits at local retailers. The result was that Banamex was able to learn far more about their new account holders and their needs (insurance, credit cards, savings) than ever before and target each one individually with relevant product offers. Campaign response participation was over 85%.
