Tanyadok is an Indonesian telemedicine provider with over 200,000 members, all with email addresses. Their website attracts over 100,000 visitors a month. In partnership with Equity Life, it was proposed they take advantage of this by offering all their members Free Accident Insurance and upsell them on paid coverage when they responded.
As an additional incentive and to encourage the relatively young Tanyadok membership to accept the free coverage, entry into a prize drawing for an iPad was included for all responders.
We developed emails, social media and banner ads. Landing and Thank You pages for the website were developed to capture prospect data which was used to confirm their free coverage and upsell them to paid via outbound telemarketing.
